Our Physical and rehabilitation medicine center is always seeking for Patient-specific Comprehensive Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation Service. Cancer rehabilitation deals with evaluation and management of patients with cancer pain, hemiplegia or spinal cord injury following metastatic cancer, peripheral polyneuropathy, and lymphedema. Our main interests of research rest on improving quality of life and reducing complications.
Pain and musculoskletal rehabilitation deals with evaluation and management of persons with a broad range of muscle and joint conditions including problems with the back, shoulder, knee, arm, or hand pain and so on. Individuals with acute and chronic injuries, muscle imbalance, and overuse injuries participate in a comprehensive pain management program aimed at restoring functional capabilities. Neuro-rehabilitation deals with evaluation and management of patients with stroke, traumatic brain injury, and spinal cord injury. Our main interests of research rest on neural reorganization and plasticity.
Geriatric rehabilitation deals with evaluation and management of aged persons degenerative changes including impairment of motor function, cognitive deficit, osteoporosis and fracture according to fall down, and dementia. Pediatric rehabilitation deals with evaluation and management of person with developmental delay, cerebral palsy, and myopathic disorders. Our main interest of research rest on catching normal growth patterns and helping them to participate social community. Cardiopulmonary rehabilitation is conducted via capability diagnosis, exercise prescription, and maintenance home programs which is managed by individualized recommendations adjustable for her or his physical fitness.
