Chonnam National University Hwasun Hospital opened in 2004 as a specialized medical institution with five centers including cancer center and joint center as its focus. Over the years, with the efforts of the top medical professionals and state-of-the-art medical equipment, all staff members worked together to overcome the limitations of regional hospitals and grow into a leading cancer specialty institution in Korea.

For four consecutive years, Newsweek has selected our hospital as the 'World's Best Hospitals - Oncology'. Under the core values of 'Nature, Advanced medical care, Patient centered care, World class', our hospital pursues the most beautiful hospital in Korea and focuses all efforts on patient-centered care, safety, healing, and improving medical quality.
